Our dear client asked us to design their kitchen with the two tones they had previously chosen, light beige and dark grey. We added a striking red subway tile splashback which works well together with both the beige and grey tones. The scullery is situated behind the kitchen. The space was designed to best suit the fun, energetic and outgoing family of five where they can sit together anytime of the day and spend quality time.
The spacious, narrow but lengthy bathrooms were designed to allow for more cupboard space. Bathroom 2 was designed with two basins as this bathroom is shared by two young girls. Clean, crisp elements create a modern look allowing more opportunity to play with features and characteristics. We incorporated enduring mosaic to all the bathrooms to add unique features to a minimalistic space. The guest bathroom consists of a tiled feature wall with a single shelf vanity. The depth of the vanity is wide enough to allow toilet paper as well as hand towels to be stored without being too visible as you enter the bathroom.
Every evening our client gathers together with her husband and children where they pray together. It is the most important time of their day where it brings them peace, love and joy. Our design concept was to create a prayer corner that expresses who they are as a family. We put together the beautifully textured wallpaper with the natural hand crafted crucifix giving that rustic feel appropriate to the biblical times. The downlights and the chandelier were situated where the lights perfectly reflect down onto the wooden cross displaying the symbolism of hope, positivity, life and goodness.
